The Masculine Edge — 10-Week Training

When life asks more,
become more.

Only men. All in. Ten weeks. A small, closed group working on the real decisions in front of them right now — not theory, not another framework to read about.

Men only 10 weeks, live 10–15 men per cohort

The pattern

You’re successful. Capable. And it’s crushing you — because it’s someone else’s definition of success.

Something is shifting and you’re handling it alone. The anger builds quiet, then lands on the wrong person at the wrong moment. You hold it together until you don’t. Getting your edge back starts the moment you choose what you will and won’t be, and start leading yourself first.

Something heavy is shifting, and you’re handling it alone.
You say yes when you mean no.
You grew up without a father, or without a model for this.
Life is changing and nobody handed you a map.
Tension makes you explode, freeze, or go quiet.
You replay conversations afterward, confused about what happened.
You hold it together in front of everyone, until you don’t.
You’ve gone numb — to your own body, your edge, your truth.

You’re built for power. Right now, you’re running with the handbrake on.

Why this is different

Most men’s work sells you insight. This one asks for your behavior to change.

The old way

  • A weekend high, gone by Monday
  • Frameworks you nod along to and never use
  • A guru on a stage, not a peer in the room
  • Inspiration, with no structure to hold it
  • You process alone, then go quiet again

The Masculine Edge

  • Ten weeks of live, structured work — not a one-off
  • Real decisions in your actual life, worked in real time
  • A small group of men who see you and hold you to it
  • Nervous-system work, not just talk
  • A community and a code you carry past week ten
How it works

One call a week. Real work between them.

Weekly live sessions

90 minutes, live, Wednesdays — capped at 10–15 men. Sixty minutes on real situations and decisions, thirty on breathwork and nervous-system regulation.

7:00–8:30pm EST or 4:00–5:30pm PST. Each call is an initiation, not a webinar.

Between sessions

Practices anchored to that week’s work: breathwork, guided visualizations, tools you actually use. 20–60 minutes a week, on your own schedule.

Community, not an audience

A private group for the men in your cohort — real contact between calls, real accountability. No spectators. No tourists.

The 10-week arc

Ten weeks, four phases, one direction: back to your edge.

Phase 1Weeks 1–2 — Foundation

See the pattern

Check in, spot the pattern you’ve been running. Masculine accountability, nervous-system regulation, breathwork, honest self-observation.

Phase 2Weeks 3–6 — Exposure

Stop hiding from it

Victim vs. creator. The masculine archetypes you default to. Shifting state on command. Where you project instead of own. Masculine/feminine polarity.

Phase 3Weeks 7–9 — Ownership

Draw the line

Boundaries and self-respect. Your values and where you’re not living them. Non-negotiables, conflict drills, decision-making, communicating like a grown man.

Phase 4Week 10 + integration

Lead from it

Define who you are, on your terms. Lone wolf to connected man. Your personal code, your standards, responsibility past the point of comfort. Commit to it.

10 weeks. Small group. Men only. You know who’s in the room. They know you. That consistency is part of what makes it work.

You’ve read the structure. Now decide if you’re in.

The next cohort is small on purpose — 10 to 15 men.

Built in

What comes with the ten weeks.

01

The Pattern Map

A self-assessment that names where your energy actually goes, and the truths you’ve been avoiding.

02

Visualization library

Guided visualizations tied to each week’s work — mental rehearsal for the decisions and conversations ahead.

03

The Checkpoint

A weekly tracker: one avoided action, one owned action, one pattern noticed, one clean decision. Turns the group into a commitment.

04

The Men’s Code

A document you write for yourself — what you won’t tolerate, how you show up, scripts for the moments you used to freeze.

05

Lifetime integration

Replays, updates, and a roadmap for staying with this work long after week ten ends.

06

Trained-men community

A standing space for graduates — a higher bar of conversation, for as long as you want it.

Who’s running the room

Patrick Guerin

I’ve spent most of my life around people who looked like they had it together — athletes, leaders, men who’d built real things. From the outside, so did I. I wasn’t. I was avoiding what mattered.

Ten years. Over a thousand one-on-one conversations. Tension, transition, the moment a man’s life stops matching who he says he is — that’s the work I’ve done, over and over, before any of it became a training.

What changes in 10 weeks

Hear it from men who sat in the room before you.

“First time in fifteen years I said no to my father and didn’t apologize for it after.”

Man, 42 — Week 7

“I stopped needing the room to tell me I was enough. That was the whole thing.”

Man, 49 — Week 10

“Nobody handed me anything. I just finally stopped doing it alone.”

Man, 38 — Alumni

That’s not motivation talking. That’s ten weeks of real work.

Straight answers

Who is this for?

Men only. If you recognize yourself on this page, you already know. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll figure it out together.

Is this coaching or therapy?

Neither. This is practical, regulation-based work on how your system operates under pressure — pattern awareness, nervous-system response, and behavior that actually changes.

Do I need prior experience with breathwork or men’s work?

No. You need willingness, honesty, and the commitment to show up for ten weeks.

Is this a group program or one-on-one?

A small, closed group — 10 to 15 men. The group is part of the work, not a backdrop to it.

How much time does this take each week?

One 90-minute live call, plus 20–60 minutes of practice on your own schedule. Built for men with full lives and real responsibility.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are recorded, but live presence matters — the consistency of the same men, every week, is part of what makes this work.
